Skiing

BLAGSS Ski group is an ad hoc group of 12 to 18 who form an annual ski trip to a European resort. Several of us have been every year so far but we always welcome new skiers. In past years we have been to:

    2008, Chalet Namika, Alp D'Huez

    2009, Chalet L'Ourson, Montgenevre

    2010, Chalet Nicole, La Tania, Trois Vallees

    2011, Chalet Rigoletto, Canazei, Valle di Fassa

We usually aim for a self-contained catered chalet for our exclusive use that creates a pleasant family feel for the week.

All levels of skiing ability are represented including complete beginners to experts - so don't let your level of experience put you off. Our varied abilities mean that we can ski in small groups who feel comfortable together.

Our 2011 trip was the first to Italy and although the snow was very good, visibility was not. However, we had some excellent skiing, albeit with a few accidents.
