Orienteering

Orienteering is a sport that requires navigational skills using a map and compass to navigate from point to point in diverse and usually unfamiliar terrain, and normally moving at speed. Participants are given a specially prepared orienteering map, which they use to find control points in the fastest time they can.  If you have not tried orienteering before, we recommend that you first attend one of the introductory courses that will be organised by BLAGSS from time to time.

Members who log in with username and password can see full details of all orienteering events further down this page.
