Petanque-Boules is a fun game played by all ages and by both men and women. Petanque Boules is similar to Bowls except that a metal boule is rolled or tossed to the jack on a fairly level stony ground, instead of rolling a wooden bowl over an immaculately maintained lawn. We play weekly at the Petanque Terrain on the seafront. Season starts 28th April and closes at the end of September.

Petanque is closed for the winter.

We re-open in late April - when it is light enough (and warm enough) in the evenings to play again. If you would like to be reminded when we start again, please make sure your sporting preferences include petanque. Have a lovely winter! Viv and Tony, your Petanque co-ordinators.
